Sixt Formers!
May 5, 2008 by anette18
It’s now May, and with that comes the sixth formers! Yes, I’m a sixth former this year, but it wasn’t as fun as I thought it would be…
I thought it would be fun, a last Chance to be childish, to party and have fun before the exams. But it wasn’t like that. Everyone expects you to be crazy, to go out and drink every night and do lots of stupid stuff; sure it was fun the first two nights, but now I’m a bit sick of it. I’m sick of people asking me how much I drunk the night before, and where I’m going this night; not if I’m going out, but where I’m going. All I really want to dois crawl into bed with a good book and a cup of tea! I was never really one to party like that, sure I can enjoy a party now and then, but not basically every night for 17 days! (from the 1st of May til the 17th of May, our national day)
Okay, enough whining from me! I do like the clothes we get to wear as sixth formers, the red trousers we write on, the hat, and the robe/cloak! I love them! I’ve had my aunt paint a huge picture of Edward Cullen on the back, and my cousin has painted a big “L” on the left side! ^^ Really, I love it! It’s so me! I wish I had a picture of my cloak to post here, but I don’t, so I’ll have to do with posting the pictures they painted^^

Wow!!! Your russe-coat sounds amazing !! I have to see it next weekend when I get back home!! And I know how you feel about the whole party-thing. Being a russ isn’t as fun as people seem to think, at least not when you’re living in a small town, and the school won’t even let you splash a little water! I guess it’s different in a bigger city.
I do miss the clothes though. Mine are still hanging in my closet back home, waiting for some opertunity to be worn again. And when my lil’ sis is a sixth former next year, I’m gonna get her to buy a pair of black pants for me, that I can wear all the time. They’re just so comfortable (When they’re not so dirty and muddy from being used for almost 3 weeks straight without being washed :-P)
Oh, and you have to save me a russekort and a newspaper!
